Motivating people to reach their health and wellness goals has been my passion since the day I taught my first group fitness class at the age of 16. Since then, I have learned that people need to create an environment that sets them up for success. To help create this environment, I first learn what matters to them.
$60 a week. Includes Program design and one- 60 minute virtual session. If you choose to do 2 or more sessions virtually a week, cost is $50 per 60 minute session. Sessions can be through Zoom or Facetime
$65 to $80 for a 60 minute session. Price depends on location. Options are in-home or at one of the facilities I train clients at in Chicagoland area.
$60 a week. Includes designing an action plan for your wellness goals and one-45 minute weekly virtual session. Sessions will help you create an environment to support and improve your overall health and wellbeing while improving your self-efficacy and self-management skills.
$50-65 a week. Programs can be designed for a 12, 16, 20, or 24 week training program leading up to race. Each week you will receive a custom program designed for your level of training and phase of training. Weekly price also includes daily accountability through text or email.
$175 for 3 exercise programs to do on your own for 4 weeks. Programs are made for your specific needs and fitness level. You will be given a 7 day periodization chart to follow over the 4 week period. Also includes three 30-minute virtual sessions to demonstrate the 3 exercise programs and to discuss any questions.
